Time & Cleanliness Cleaning and shut down must be completed within your booked time limit.

Deposits & Payments Booking exactly 1 hour incurs a $100 deposit. The remainder is refunded immediately upon meeting time requirements and returning the studio in a clean condition. If you book more than 1 hour, you will pay the balance in full to rent.

Rescheduling & Cancellations You are allowed to reschedule 1 time with 72 hours notice.
• 71-26 hrs notice: 50% of deposit refunded.
• Under 24 hrs / No show / 30+ mins late: Deposit forfeited. -
Late Policy If you are late, no additional time will be added without paying for an additional hour (subject to availability if another group is booked after you).
Our Process

Inquiry & Booking Proposal
Once you submit an inquiry and select your preferred collection, we will send over a complete booking proposal. This includes your contract, invoice, and available session dates.

Secure Your Session
Your session date is officially locked in on our calendar once your 50% non-refundable retainer is paid and your agreement is signed.

The Creative Consultation
We'll jump on a quick Creative Planning call (or styling questionnaire) to nail down wardrobe, shot list, and vibe. We align 100% with your vision before you step in front of the camera.
04
Session Day & Delivery
We execute the plan with expert posing and lighting guidance. Within 48 hours, your private online proof gallery will be delivered so you can select your absolute favorites.
05
Final Retouching
Once your selections are made, your images go through our signature retouching process for final delivery. Masterpieces ready for print or web.

Client Onboarding
To ensure seamless operations and dedicated service, all clients are funneled through our automated CRM onboarding via Sprout Studio. Once your retainer is paid, you will receive our Client Welcome & Deliverables Guide.
- Communication Methods: We keep things simple and accessible. All project communication is handled directly via text, email, or recorded call.
- Hyper-Specific Deliverables: Your contract will explicitly state exactly what is provided (e.g., "One 60-second video and 20 retouched images" vs. ambiguous terms).
Our Editing Philosophy
Every package includes our "Signature Retouching." This covers professional color correction, exposure balancing, and minor blemish removal to ensure you look your natural best.
Note: Advanced image manipulation (e.g., altering body shapes, removing large background objects, compositing) is considered beyond signature retouching and incurs an additional advanced editing fee of $150/hr.
Personal vs. Business Use
Our Path A Portrait sessions are strictly priced for personal use (printing for home, sharing with family). Using photos to represent a business, sell a product, or run marketing campaigns legally requires a Commercial Usage License. This license protects your business and legally grants you the right to use our copyrighted work to generate revenue.
Options for Business Owners:
- The Upgrade: Book our $399 or $699 Branding packages to get strategic wardrobe support and full Web & Social licensing included.
- Add a License: Book the $249 portrait session and simply add the $150 Web & Social Marketing License to your contract.
- The Mini Headshot: Ask us about our quick 15-minute studio mini-session ($149) yielding 1-3 digital files with basic web rights.
